Delete your Stride account.

You can delete your Stride account from the website, even if you no longer have the iPhone or Android app installed.

1. Sign in at stride87.com.
2. Open Profile and choose Delete my account.
3. Enter your password and type DELETE to confirm.

Deletion removes your profile, workout records, chat messages, notification devices, and other account data from Stride's active database. Challenges you created are also deleted. Cloudflare recovery history can retain older states for up to 30 days; deleted accounts must be excluded from recovery. Managed local backups are scrubbed on the next cloud backup download. Archival migration exports and copies saved outside the managed backup folder are controlled by their owner.
